Limited Warranty

All of the Papablic products purchased in our official sales channel (Website, Amazon, Walmart) comes with a standard 12 months warranty against defects in materials, construction and workmanship for the lifetime of the products, which is applicable to all customers

Additional 12 months warranty will be granted for register members.

Within the warranty period, if your product fails due to the above defect, we will repair or replace for free of charge at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided.

Warranty is only effective for normal depletion and following care instructions are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper usage or care, unauthorized modifications or alternations.

Warranty requests must be made by the original purchaser and accompanied by proof of purchase, any purchase through unauthorized resellers or usage outside of United States or Canada will not be warranted by Papablic.

30-day hassle-free return

Papablic understands that you may have a change of mind or circumstances occur that you may wish to return your purchases. Don’t worry, we got you covered! We have a policy to assist you, when the following criteria are met:

  1. Within 30 days of your purchase, Papablic accept product return for undamaged, no visible sign of usage, unsoiled, unopened packages with no question asked.
  2. For used, damaged, soiled, opened packages, please contact info@papablic.com or service@papablic.com for further assistance.
  3. Email service@papablic.com with the following details: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, reason for return. We will send you the return instruction or lable.

Missing item or damaged in transit 

Please ensure to open your parcel and check all items are included and are undamaged. Claims for missing or damaged items are to be submitted (14)  days of receipt of order.

 

Product defect

Papablic’s products are of the highest quality and are manufactured with great care and specifications.  If however, you believe you have a product that is faulty, please email us as soon as possible with your purchase details. We will send you a replacement or a refund depending on your choice.

Once shipped, your order will have a tracking number. Please contact info@papablic.com if you do not receive this. The customer (you) assumes all risk from the time that the Papablic products you have ordered are given to the deliverer or freight agent for shipping, posting or forwarding. You need to take responsibility for providing the correct address for your order and proper access for the delivery of your order; for following the tracking and contacting the deliverer or freight agent if your order has not been delivered so that you receive or collect your order.

The instructions that come with the Papablic packs contain important information for your child’s safety and health, as well as the directions for correctly using Papablic and how to prevent leaks.
