SafeguardPlus™ Bottle Washer
What's the difference between the new SafeguardPlus™ and the older model?
The SafeguardPlus™ baby bottle washer is upgraded for higher feeding safety and hygiene in below key ways:
- Built-in water purification removes lead, PFAS, and hard minerals, safer at the source.
- Larger capacity for 8 bottle sets, pump parts.
- 360° deep clean reaches every nook and curve.
- Twice the drying power ensures fully dry, spotless bottles
What materials is SafeguardPlus™ made of?
The main materials are PP plastic, Tritan™ plastic, stainless steel, and silicone. All parts that come into contact with bottles are made of food‑contact‑safe materials. Our materials do not contain BPS, BPF, phthalates, or PVC.
Can it clean different types and sizes of baby bottles?
Yes. SafeguardPlus™ is designed to clean most baby bottles and feeding accessories, including glass, silicone, plastic, and stainless steel bottles. It fits a wide range of bottle sizes and works with popular brands like Dr. Brown’s and Evenflo.
How can I check my home's water quality?
- Lead: Check your local government’s website using your ZIP code.
- Hardness: Use a TDS meter to test mineral levels. We recommend use water under 50 ppm or distilled water to prevent limescale build-up.
Can I use a home water filter system with the bottle washer?
It depends, but we recommend using the built-in purification system to ensure long-term safety for your newborn. It is designed to remove harmful contaminants like lead, PFAS and hardness, meeting the highest standards for infant health. Some home filters may not effectively remove these substances, so for best results, we recommend using the washer’s dedicated filtration system.
If I buy the version with a filter, do I still need distilled water?
No – the built-in filter removes lead, PFAS, and hardness, so you can use regular tap water. No distilled water needed.
How often should I replace the filter?
We recommend replacing the filter every 30 wash cycles as a general guideline, based on average U.S. water conditions. Actual filter life may vary depending on your local water quality and usage frequency. Harder water and more frequent use can shorten filter life.
For detailed replacement guidance, please visit the SafeguardPlus product page.
Why does my new filter have a slight odor?
A slight odor from a new filter is normal and may come from the filter materials or packaging. It does not indicate a safety concern; our filters undergo rigorous safety testing for baby feeding.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water before use; the odor should fade with use.
If the odor is strong or persists after several wash cycles, it may be related to harder water or frequent use. Please contact our support team if you need assistance.
Why is the new filter wet/condensation is present in the bag?
The brand-new filter is rinsed with purified water before packaging, which may cause harmless condensation inside the bag.
Why are there small particles on the filter surface?
You may occasionally notice small resin or activated carbon particles on the new filter surface. This can happen during production when tiny particles stick to the filter. They are completely safe for drinking water contact - simply rinse before use.
Does the built-in filtration system reduce the need for descaling?
Yes. The built-in PurifyClean™ filtration system helps reduce mineral buildup, which can significantly lower the need for frequent descaling. For best performance, replace the filter as recommended based on your water quality and usage frequency.
Do I need to use cleaning tablets with the bottle washer?
The washer can run with water alone, but we recommend using a tablet for a more thorough clean.
Breast milk and formula contain fats that don’t fully rinse away with water alone.
A tablet helps break down grease and invisible buildup, so items are deeply cleaned—not just rinsed.
For a higher standard of baby feeding hygiene, using a tablet is best for everyday use.
What voltage does SafeguardPlus™ support?
SafeguardPlus™ is designed for US standard voltage only: 120V, 60Hz. It does not support 220V/240V directly.
Is SafeguardPlus™ eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement?
We are unable to guarantee HSA/FSA eligibility. From our research, baby bottle washers are generally considered ineligible for reimbursement by HSA/FSA plans.
Breast Milk Cooler
Does the Papablic cooler follow CDC safe temperature (40℉) standards?
Yes. While many coolers on the market fall short of official guidelines, we designed the Papablic cooler to strictly maintain the CDC-recommended temperature of 40°F. We refuse to compromise on safety because we know how much effort goes into every ounce. Our goal is to preserve every valuable nutrient and provide a truly worry-free experience for breastfeeding moms.
How long do the CapsuleChill™ ice chambers need to be frozen before use?
For optimal cooling performance, place both ice chambers in the freezer for at least 12 hours before use. To ensure the best results, always place the chambers with the mouth facing upward while freezing. This ensures the cooling gel freezes evenly to keep your breast milk at the perfect temperature.
What is the exact capacity of the stainless steel bottles?
Each stainless steel bottle has a total capacity of 10 oz when filled to the top. While you will see an 8 oz measurement marking on the inside, the bottle provides extra room for more milk.
Why is stainless steel better than plastic for breast milk storage?
We prioritize your baby’s health. Stainless steel bottles are more durable than glass and plastic, and far safer than plastic. Unlike plastic, stainless steel is 100% microplastic-free, ensuring no harmful chemicals leach into your "liquid gold."
Can I take this breast milk cooler on a plane?
Absolutely. The Papablic breast milk cooler is portable and TSA-compliant, making it the perfect travel companion for flights, road trips, and long commutes. You can safely carry your milk through airport security without hassle.
Is the cooler compatible with brands like Medela or Dr. Brown’s?
Yes! The versatile design fits:
- One Dr. Brown’s 8 oz narrow glass bottle.
- Two 5 oz Medela Breast Milk Collection & Storage bottles.
For compatibility with other brands, please reach out to our team at service@papablic.com.
NutriWarm™ Portable Bottle Warmer
What is the difference between Papablic NutriWarm™ Portable Bottle Warmer and the previous Portable Bottle Warmer?
NutriWarm™ Portable Bottle Warmer introduces NUTRI Mode, designed to safely thaw and warm frozen breast milk. It also features Quick Mode, Sterilize Mode, and a larger battery for more quick warming sessions.
What is NUTRI Mode?
NUTRI Mode is specially designed for frozen or slushy breast milk. It gradually thaws and warms milk using Papablic NutriWarm™ Technology, helping warm it more evenly while avoiding overheating.
How does NUTRI Mode work?
NUTRI Mode continuously monitors milk temperature and adjusts heating in stages throughout the warming process. This gradual approach helps thaw frozen milk evenly and reduces hot spots.
Why should I use NUTRI Mode instead of Quick Mode for frozen milk?
Frozen breast milk needs to thaw before it can be warmed evenly. NUTRI Mode is designed for this process, while Quick Mode is great for liquid milk and is not recommended for frozen milk.
Can NUTRI Mode warm refrigerated breast milk?
Yes. NUTRI Mode can warm refrigerated milk, but it's optimized for frozen or slushy milk. For faster warming of liquid milk, we recommend using Quick Mode.
How long does it take to warm frozen breast milk using NUTRI Mode?
Under our test conditions, it takes about 7 minutes to thaw and warm 3 oz of frozen breast milk. Actual time may vary depending on milk volume and starting temperature.
Can I use NutriWarm™ Portable Bottle Warmer to prepare formula?
Yes. You can use it to warm water, then pour the water into a bottle to prepare formula. Quick Mode is ideal for warming water quickly, with selectable temperatures of 98°F, 104°F, 113°F, 122°F, and 131°F.
How many bottles can NutriWarm™ Portable Bottle Warmer warm on a full charge?
It can warm up to 9 bottles on a full charge, depending on the amount and starting temperature of the liquid and the mode used. NUTRI Mode and Sterilize Mode use more power, so frequent use may reduce the number of warming sessions available between charges.
How do I use the Sterilize Mode on NutriWarm™ Portable Bottle Warmer?
Pour in less than 2 oz / 60 mL of water, secure the lid, and leave the silicone cover on top open. Then press and hold the NUTRI and QUICK buttons together for 3 seconds to start. It will heat the water to a boil and maintain it for a period of time, with the full sterilization cycle taking about 6 minutes.
How do I clean NutriWarm™ Portable Bottle Warmer after each use?
Thanks to its wide-mouth design, it is easy to clean after feeding. You can wipe away milk residue with a damp cloth, then rinse the cup and lid with water and mild dish soap. Make sure the silicone ring is cleaned as well, and keep the charging port covered when rinsing the main body.
