A Message to Papablic Families — Voluntary Recall of Certain Children's Replacement Brush Heads

Please read this first — the safety concern

We are conducting a voluntary recall of specific batches of Papablic Children’s Toothbrush Replacement Heads sold as individual packs (purchased separately, not included in any electric toothbrush kit or combo set). These affected units were sold exclusively on Amazon.com between October 22, 2025, and March 26, 2026.
This action is being taken out of an abundance of caution. After optimizing our production processes and materials, we identified that units from certain earlier batches may not fully meet our updated quality standards. We have proactively notified the FDA of this recall.

No packaging on hand, or codes hard to read? Email us a photo of the brush head or your Amazon order — we'll confirm for you within five business day.

⚠️ Key ClarificationThis recall does not affect:
  • Your Papablic electric toothbrush handle/device itself (it remains safe to use)
  • Any complete toothbrush kits, combo sets, or products purchased from platforms other than Amazon.com (including our official website, TikTok Shop, or third-party retailers)

What we'll do for you

  • Full refund for the affected Amazon order — no need to ship the product back to us.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation within 5 business days of submitting a claim. Refunds typically arrive within 7–14 days after we process the refund. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

How to safely dispose of the affected brush heads: Once your claim is confirmed, please snap or cut off the bristle head portion before discarding the replacement heads in your household trash. This keeps them from being picked up and reused. The plastic stem can be placed in your normal recycling if your local program accepts it.

Here's what we have done so far:

  • Pulled all affected Amazon listings and removed the affected inventory from sale.
  • Redesigned the bristle-to-stem joint and re-tested for break strength on the new tooling.
  • Added 100% sample break-force testing for every outgoing batch, and we now keep batch retention samples for traceability.
  • Reported this voluntary recall to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
