Choose what’s happening, and we’ll walk you through some quick checks.
If you notice smoke, a burning smell, swelling, or liquid inside the charging port, stop using or charging the warmer, and contact our support team at service@papablic.com for help.

Not heating or heating too slowly

Quick Checks:
  • Make sure the battery has enough charge. A low battery may cause the unit to shut off during heating.
  • Make sure the unit starts normally and displays the temperature.
  • Make sure the liquid type is suitable for heating. A thickened formula may not heat accurately.
Next Steps:
  • If you’re still having issues after the quick checks, please contact our support team at service@papablic.com for help.

Temperature seems inaccurate

Quick Checks:
  • Confirm whether the current temperature unit is °F or °C. Press and hold the Quick button for 3 seconds to switch between units.
  • If the breast milk is frozen, use Nutri Mode for more accurate temperature control.
  • Add the liquid before turning on the unit. Avoid adding more liquid during heating, as this may affect temperature accuracy.
  • After heating is complete, gently swirl the liquid to help even out the temperature before measuring.
Next Steps:
  • If there is a noticeable temperature difference, such as more than ±5°F from the set temperature, please contact our support team at service@papablic.com.
  • Please provide the heating mode, liquid type, amount, starting temperature, target temperature, heating time, and a photo of the screen.
*Temperature-measuring devices may also have some degree of error. If possible, try measuring with more than one device.

Won’t charge or charging too slowly

Quick Checks:
  • Please use the included charging cable and make sure it is securely connected.
  • Make sure the charging port is dry, clean, and free of visible damage. Do not continue charging if there is any liquid or damage.
  • Please use a power adapter rated above 20W. The adapter output may affect charging speed.
  • Check the number shown on the screen while charging, which indicates the charging power. If it shows below 10W or displays "--" W, try using a different power adapter.
Next Steps:
  • If there is still no charging response or the device cannot be turned on after using a compatible power source, please contact our support team at service@papablic.com.
*If you start charging immediately after extended heating or a sterilization cycle, the screen may display "--" W. This is normal and indicates that the battery's high-temperature protection has been activated. Charging will return to normal once the device cools down.

Battery drains faster than expected

Quick Checks:
  • Make sure the battery is fully charged. All 4 battery indicator lights will stay on when fully charged.
  • Consider whether there are long gaps between uses, such as 2 days or more. Some battery charge may be lost while the unit is not in use.
  • Check whether the unit is being used in temperatures below 50°F. Cold temperatures can reduce battery performance and result in fewer heating cycles.
Next Steps:
  • If battery life is still significantly lower than expected when fully charged, please contact our support team at service@papablic.com.
  • Please provide the liquid amount, starting temperature, target temperature, and ambient temperature.
*At room temperature (75–78°F), a full charge can heat 4 oz of refrigerated breast milk (39°F) approximately 7–9 times.
*Battery life can vary significantly depending on ambient temperature, liquid amount, target temperature, and other usage conditions.

Trouble with Sterilize mode

Quick Checks:
  • Make sure the battery level is above 2 bars. The sterilization cycle cannot start when the battery is too low.
  • Make sure the buttons are working properly. Add 1 oz of room-temperature water, then press and hold the Nutri and Quick buttons together for 3 seconds to start the sterilization cycle.
  • When sterilization starts, the screen will display a 6-minute countdown.
Next Steps:
  • If the sterilization cycle still will not start or repeatedly stops, please contact our support team at service@papablic.com.
*Before starting sterilization, open the silicone cover on top of the lid. Keeping it closed may affect the sterilization cycle and may cause the unit to shut off.
*Place the unit on a stable, flat surface during sterilization and keep it out of reach of babies and children.
*The liquid inside will be very hot after sterilization. Use caution when opening the lid to avoid burns.

Touch buttons not responding

Quick Checks:
  • Check whether the unit is currently heating or keeping warm. The buttons may not respond while the unit is running. Tap the Power button to exit the current cycle, then try the controls again.
Next Steps:
  • If the buttons still do not respond while the unit is in standby mode, please contact our support team at service@papablic.com.

Leaking or lid won't close properly

Quick Checks:
  • Identify whether the leak is coming from the top opening or around the edge of the lid.
  • Check that the silicone sealing ring is inside the lid and properly installed.
  • Make sure the lid is tightened securely. The seal is created by compressing the silicone ring.
Next Steps:
  • If it still leaks after the lid is fully tightened, stop using the unit and contact our support team at service@papablic.com.
  • Please provide photos showing the leak location and the lid/sealing area, and let us know whether the leak occurs while the unit is sitting, being carried, pouring, or heating.
