    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By downloading, installing, or using the Papablic mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
    If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

    1. License to Use the App

    Papablic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes with compatible Papablic breast pump devices.
    You may not:
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
    • Modify or create derivative works based on the App.
    • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App.

    1. Intended Use

    The App is designed solely to communicate with compatible Papablic breast pump devices via Bluetooth.
    The App is intended to assist users in operating compatible Papablic breast pump devices, managing device preferences, and providing maintenance reminders for personal use.
    The App is not intended for any other purpose.

    1. Medical Disclaimer

    The App is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.
    Any information displayed by the App, including pump settings, operating status, and maintenance reminders, is provided solely for personal reference.
    Do not rely on the App to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
    Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, such as your physician, obstetrician, lactation consultant, or pediatrician, regarding any medical questions concerning you or your baby.

    1. Bluetooth Connectivity

    The App communicates with compatible Papablic breast pump devices using Bluetooth.
    Bluetooth performance may be affected by your mobile device, operating system, wireless interference, or environmental conditions.
    Papablic does not guarantee uninterrupted Bluetooth connectivity.

    1. Device Safety

    Always use your Papablic breast pump in accordance with the product User Manual and all applicable safety instructions.
    The App is intended only as a companion tool for operating the device.
    If there is any conflict between information displayed in the App and the product documentation, the product documentation shall prevail.
    Do not use the App while driving or performing activities requiring your full attention.

    1. Intellectual Property

    The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Papablic or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
    Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the App or its content.

    1. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAPABLIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

    1. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAPABLIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAPABLIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

    1. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    1. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time.
    Updated versions will become effective when published within the App or on Papablic's official website.
    Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
