1.Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Papablic mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
2.License to Use the App
Papablic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use with compatible Papablic breast pump devices.
You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;

Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App;

Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;

Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App.
3.Intended Use
The App is designed solely to communicate with compatible Papablic breast pump devices via Bluetooth.
The App enables users to control compatible devices, manage device preferences, access user guidance, and receive maintenance reminders for personal use.
The App is not intended for any other purpose.
4.Medical Disclaimer
The App is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.
Any information displayed by the App, including pump settings, operating status, or maintenance reminders, is provided solely for informational and personal convenience.
Do not rely on the App to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any medical condition.
Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional, such as your physician, obstetrician, lactation consultant, or pediatrician, regarding any questions about your health or your baby's health.
5.Bluetooth Connectivity
The App communicates with compatible Papablic breast pump devices using Bluetooth.
Bluetooth performance may be affected by factors beyond Papablic's control, including your mobile device, operating system, wireless interference, battery level, or environmental conditions.
Papablic does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Bluetooth connectivity.
6.Device Safety
Always use your Papablic breast pump in accordance with the product User Manual and all applicable safety instructions.
The App is intended only as a companion tool for operating compatible Papablic devices.
If there is any inconsistency between information displayed in the App and the product documentation, the product documentation shall prevail.
Do not use the App while driving or engaging in activities that require your full attention.
7.Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, icons, and other content, is owned by Papablic or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, no rights or licenses are granted to you.
8.Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PAPABLIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
9.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAPABLIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAPABLIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID FOR THE APP.
10.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any updated version will become effective when published within the App or on Papablic's official website.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
