    How to Receive Your Refund

    2. After confirming that your product is included in the recall, Papablic will send you destruction instructions.
    3. Remove and cut the mattress and fabric components in half, then email photos of the destroyed components to Papablic.
    4. After receiving proof of destruction, Papablic will issue your full refund.

      Dispose of the recalled product in accordance with local requirements.
